Do you charge for consultations or quotes?
We provide an initial consultation free of charge. From this consultation we can usually provide you with a rough quote of how much your project will cost.

If you decide you'd like to work with us, we will provide you with a complete, detailed project proposal and price quote.

What information will you need to develop my web site?
With a new web site, one of the most important things you can do to get started is to think about the content that will be on your site. Have you decided what the main sections and pages of your site will be? If you don't already have the site’s content prepared, will you be able to have it ready within a month or so? Remember, content development usually takes longer than you think!

How long will it take to make my web site?
It depends on the size and complexity of the site. The typical time frame for completing a basic web site is 3 to 6 weeks.

How much will my web site cost?
Just as in building a house, there are a number of factors involved in determining the final cost of a web site: the number of pages, the page content, the graphic design specifications, the number of advanced features required, and the completeness of the materials you provide.

In addition to the one-time design and development costs, there may be related costs for marketing your web site, web hosting, and ongoing support and maintenance, depending on your needs and features.

After my web site is completed, how will I maintain it?
We offer both 6-month and 12-month maintenance contracts. Also, we can build your web site so you can do some of the maintenance yourself, such as adding pages, modifying text, and inserting images. We'll even provide you with all the necessary training and documentation to get you up and running.

I need help fixing my computer/setting up my home network/installing software. Can you help me?
Nope, sorry, we don't do that type of thing. But if you need a cutting-edge web site or a cool logo, we're here for you.
